As a Product Genius I play a big role in the sales process of our cars through a series of videos. I address customer inquires through video responses covering any questions they may have had, discuss vehicle features, recent repairs, service history, millage etc.
- Assess condition and report damage on cars that arrive in store.
- Photographing and taking generic videos of cars to be listed online.
- Test drives, this gives the customer a good feel for the car in person. This is another great opportunity to ask them questions on what they're specifically looking for. This way I can make good suggestions to help find the perfect car for them.
