I have been a long-term Admin Assistant for a team of 30 and above. I work extremely well under pressure and know the value of teamwork as well as being able to use my own initiative when required.

I was part of a project to improve the way we work by liaising with software engineers to create a better system which will improve the efficiency and the quality of service we provide to our patients.

Being able to provide advocates and interpreters for vulnerable patients on urgent requests.

Personal/work Life


I have been currently working fully remotely from home, for the last four years, this has enabled me to balance both work and family life, this has also been an achievement as I have been able to both work and be there for my 3 small children who are all in full-time education, therefore, I can now concentrate in advancing my employment career.


I am currently studying AAT LEVEL 2, Attending Practical Training in Payroll and Book Keeping.
