Accomplishments

    I had to implement training within the customer relations team on my investigative methods for complaints, as their clarity made it easy for them to understand my decision-making process when addressing complaints.

    While at Bupa, I was adaptable, initially starting in the customer service department but recognising the need for customer relations advisors, I embraced the opportunity for specialised training and excelled in this role. This was also during my training to assist with crisis calls, which enabled me to support members in crisis situations, alleviating the pressure on multiple teams within the company I was part of.
