Working onsite for ADP in Chertsey, I was a member of a 4-man team supporting all hardware and software for the 400 users located onsite. Desktop OS’s ranged from Windows 7 to working on and implementing a Windows 10 upgrade, providing support for Microsoft Office suites 2010 and 2016.

· Installing new hardware into racks including servers, switches and UPS’s, cabling for power and networks
· Moving departmental pcs to new areas, creating a user asset sheet and diagram of how it looked and replicated at new location
