Summary

I've done Drag since 2016 and performed for many years before that, in that time I've learned a lot. Nothing makes me tick like making someone laugh on purpose, to take people away from their problems for an hour or two, it's a joy that never tires. Whilst Comedy is my passion, I relish the challenge of anything, I will dance, I will lip sync, and I will get involved...during lock down I sold shots, did online shows and everything I could just to keep spreading the joy. I don't make excuses, I make it to the stage when I need to be there, and I am always determined to be easy to do business with. Before Drag I had a 15 year successful HR Career, I made it to Internal Head of HR for a London based HR Consultancy, and I still consult on occasion to raise money for big creative projects. The benefit if this experience, is I bring a lot of maturity and life experience to anything and everything I do. A cruise is a fantastic opportunity for Ginger and I have no ties keeping me in the UK, so sign me up and let's make magic!

  • I'm a Professionally trained Comedian (trained by Martin Mor), I also have singing lessons from Adam O'Shea, and have over 30 years of experience performing as a Musician (I'm a Cellist).
  • I predominantly work in the UK Cabaret Circuit performing a 1hr or 2 x 45 minute live shows of Singing, combined with worked stand-up material and improvised crowd work.
  • Well know venues I've worked in include: The Two Brewers- Clapham, The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Halfway to Heaven - London, Admiral Duncan - Soho, Via - Manchester, The Cockatoo Club - Manchester, The Boston - Northampton, Mary's - Cardiff, the Dover Castle - Leicester and many more.
  • I also perform as Dame in Panto Season in both Family Friendly and Adult productions and now have 5 productions under by belt, including Aladdin (Widow Twanky), Peter Pan (Mrs Smee), Sleeping Beauty (I played Drizella, one of the Ugly Sisters), and the two Adult productions I was the Dame in 'Rubbin it Good, and 'Whatever happened to Dick'. Working for Garry Starr Creative, and the House of Dinosaur,

  • I have taken 2 x hit shows to Edinburgh Fringe 'Finding Splashman, and 'I Consent', with Assembly Festival, both of which got 4 star reviews from North West and UK, along with other fabulous reviews from Pride Nomad, Broadway Baby, One4Review and many more!
  • I regularly host Bingo Games (mostly 90 number or musical bingo), and I have written and hosted Quizzes and Games nights.
  • I found my joy for hosting when I was the Lead in a Live Game Show Host in a 'Takeshi's Castle style' show called 'Big in Japan', this is also where my love of comedy grew.
  • I am one of the resident hosts for Dreamboys Manchester a ladies night, which has me dancing rehearsed choreography in group routines.
  • I can also DJ, however I moved away from DJ residencies as I am better hosting than mixing.
