Duties and Responsibilities;
• Answering residents' queries in person, by phone and by e-mail
• Receiving and delivering parcels and post for residents
• Manage resident defect issues, report defects to the aftercare team, and liaise with contractors regarding remedial actions.
• Checking and ensuring apartments are ready before key handover to new homeowners. Preparing welcome gifts and documents.
• Arranging for and then conducting home demonstrations to new residents, giving instructions on the building process, domestic appliances, etc.
• Assisting the sales and Marketing team as required, conducting viewings for potential residents.
•Booking restaurants, theatre tickets, taxis, spas etc
• Arranging board room meetings, booking space, layout, setting up IT and booking catering
• Working with security and outside contractors to ensure the property is secure
• Covering Leisure Suite, checking residents in, booking courses, training sessions and treatments
