Responsible for managing the technical execution of a £800,000 project at Coal Yard Drops, London, involving the installation and integration of advanced LED lighting and DMX control technologies.

With a team of 5 skilled electricians and other trades, the duties included;

  • Coordinating and executing the installation of cutting-edge LED lights and DMX controllers at Coal Drop Yard's Kissing roof.
  • Rigorously testing electrical systems using advanced technology and tools.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or potential repairs, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Strategically allocating team members and materials to drive on-time completion of tasks.
  • Assessing project scope and developing compelling quotes to meet project requirements.
  • Tracing and diagnosing electrical malfunctions using precision hand tools and state-of-the-art test equipment.
