As a Recruitment Consultant I was a responsible in sourcing , screening , and placing candiates while building relationships with clients. My main duties in this role include the following:

• Candiate sourcing and management.
• Advertise job vacancies on job boadrs , social media, and company websites.
• Source potential candiates using databases,networking and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candiate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide guidance to candidates on CV writing, interview preparation, and career development.
• Build and maintain realtionsips with existing and potential clients,
