Athenais Moreau

I am a student currently studying music performance and production, who is seeking my first job. Despite not have being employed before, I have a lot of experience in team work and leadership due to currently being in a band, and beforehand working with multiple musicians to create a unique and correct outcome. In my band, I am the spokesperson and front woman, so I understand the importance and impact of good leadership and how clear and straightforward communication can effect the outcome of a project. Due to having worked with multiple musicians prior to being in a band, teamwork and good instincts are something I have mastered. This means that I am a great problem solver and know how to fix situations under a limited amount of time. Therefore, I am also a very good listener and make sure that everyone I work with is heard and is understood, as you want everyone to be on board and compliant with the plan ahead and what the aim of a certain task should be.
