Establish a SaaS Governance policy for project that assess the SaaS operational readiness prior production deployment. In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Security, DR, CCC) we established a SaaS Governance policy (ORB). Readiness assessment has since been applied on xx SaaS project deliveries

Streamlined and automated processes by implementing new systems. In 2024 we went live with T-Projects (Certinia), the application hosts all Temenos deliveries and monthly project monitoring, project code creation
