I have 2 years of experience in fast paced NHS admin. My most recent role was within the Chemotherapy Ward of The Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea. Working there taught me how to adapt and overcome quickly and efficiently. The ward sees to over 100 patients, which meant I had to meet strict deadlines to help aid their treatment. These deadlines usually ranged anywhere from 1 week to 2 hours. Being able to keep a level head and stay professional whilst under pressure is something I take pride in.
Not only do I bring professionally developed skills with me to the role, but also a love of learning. I am always striving for the best and always wanting to learn. Whether it is taking feedback on my work or learning about something completely new, I’ve always been motivated to listen, expand and grow. My creative streak feeds into this also, as I love to come up with new ways to work and help pitch ideas when needed.
My drive, passion and work ethic are things that have been complimented and spoke highly of throughout my whole working life. I am eager to explore a career outside of the NHS yet still focused on helping people and making a positive impact.
