1)Project : HR Analytics machine learning model

• Customer : TCS BFSI Client (PNC)
• The PNC (PittsBurg National Corporation) is a leading banking section in United States of America .TCS provide banking solutions in BFS-Retail Banking s domain implemented an HR Analytics machine learning model for maintaining the Workforce management in Care Center Application in the Bank
• The prediction model uses Random Forest classification algorithm to build a Employee performance prediction model which implements for evaluating the performance ratings of employees and growth rate influencing factors and helps in hiring employees by forecasting their performance contribution to organization

2)Project : Content Similarity Checker prediction

• Customer : TCS BFSI Client (PNC)
• Content Similarity Checker prediction model implemented for checking the existence of redundant websites ,content spoofing in PNC Bank sharepoint portal using TF-IDF classification algorithm which is implementation Natural Language Processing in machine learning
• Implemented the NLTK Stemmer logic here for word extraction for high accuracy comparison
• The model accepts any two URL inputs and predicts the percentage of similarity between the contents.Flask web framework is used for User Interface

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid in the design of various experiments, formulation and discovery of various hypotheses, as well as the training and scoring of existing and potential models
• Documents projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics
• Analyzing live and historic data to provide insights to the data set
• Work closely with management, software engineering leaders, and business teams to plan catalog data improvements so as to maximize customer improvement impact
• Evaluate proposed initiatives and provide feedback
• Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning and knowledge of statistics

• Tested the API Supporting Interfaces of all Amtrust Finance applications.
• Used Postman for building Test scenarios and for Functional testing.
• Explored the automated testing scope in Postman using Collections.

• Xnet is an application which stores the account and ATM transaction details along with the status of the transactions.
• We can extract all the transactions and their details performed on a any particular day.I developed an ETL pipeline code using python for quick data edxtraction and loading.
• Involved in ETL process by use of Python pandas dataframes,migrated the whole database from old database to new Eclipse database through ODBC driver connection and loaded data into excel sheets for testing .

• CAH is a desktop application which is used by care Centre associates to handle the customer calls
• When the customers' call routes to CAH, the agent can answer, transfer/conference if needed
• The Agents can also dial customers or other agents using this application
