At college, I stay involved with it because it keeps me connected to others who share the same passion and helps balance out the stress from studying. I also go to the gym regularly to build strength, stay healthy, and keep my energy levels up. Altogether, Brazilian Ju Jitsu and the gym are important parts of my routine that help me stay grounded and motivated.
