As an NHS 111 Health Advisor , I play a crucial role in providing timely assistance to members of the public with urgent but non-emergency health concerns. My responsibilities include,

• Enhanced students'' language skills by utilizing interactive activities and multimedia resources during tutoring sessions.
• Boosted student confidence in English communication through personalized feedback and constructive criticism.
• Developed individualized learning plans for each student, addressing their specific needs and goals in language proficiency.
• Collaborated with parents to monitor students'' progress, providing updates on achievements and areas for improvement.

My job duties included responding to inquiries and resolving non – complex problems requiring general understanding of work area policies. Also, providing administrative and clerical support to NHS call center by fielding telephone calls, scheduling meetings, composing basic correspondence as well providing routine and general office support.
