• Performed data mapping and integration analysis across platforms including mainframe systems, AWS services, data feeds, and SAP Commerce (Hybris) to support solution design and system integration initiatives.
• Analysed existing enterprise systems and produced “AS-IS” architecture documentation, including system context, use case, and data flow diagrams using frameworks such as the C4 model.
• Gathered and structured technical and business information from systems, documentation, and stakeholders to support the development of new solution designs and architecture proposals

I undertook a sales role within the latter 6 months of my gap year between 2nd and 3rd years of university; to gain business experience. My initial role was to be the key point of contact between the organisation and its clients to answer queries, offer advice and reach agreements for cellular and tariff-based contracts. Due to high-performance, my superiors delegated me further responsibilities such as the management of team performance statistics.

Assessed returned products, documented required data using excel, and distributed information to departments. Due to success within initial role, I was delegated management of all Microsoft products.

Welcomed prospective students, provided campus tours, and showcased ongoing departmental work related to course modules.
