As in; I had to look into the edits(errors) present in the claims if any had to analyze the issue and solve those edits before the given deadlines.

As a Technical Support Analyst in IBM;
I have gained enough confidence and knowledge about vivid things, i was able to improve my soft skills and my communicational skills.
During my tenure in IBM, our client or the client we suppported was KPMG UK; I used to resolve the IT related issues of KPMG UK employees
This job role made responsible and target oriented which helped me thrive and gain deep knowledge about the particular job i was doing during my tenure.
Which helped me win the "Best Performer of the Month Award thrice.
I was trained to use the tools like, Five9, SAP, ServiceDesk(SNOW), Global ServiceDesk (Global SNOW), eAudit tool.

Here we were handling the answer sheets of a particular English Language Test called "Young Learners English"
