• Working as a Scrum Master / Business Analyst in Product Management Scrum Team in Agile delivery model, maintaining tickets on IT Confluence, JIRA, Kanban board
• Managing all-round activities like requirements gathering, elicitation, refinement, business process modelling, stakeholder management, testing support and business readiness support for JIRA tickets, as well defining User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc.

Project 1 - Dec 2017 to Feb 2022 – Scottish Power (Retail)

• Played various key roles within the project spanning across Project Management, AM delivery, AD delivery, Service Management
• Designed several key processes and managed end-to-end delivery of them under SMART Metering Implementation Programme
• Managed and led entire offshore AMS Team of c.20 resources involving incident and problem management, escalation management, SLA controls and collaboration across board to deliver as one-team
• Managed end-to-end deliveries working in a CR Owner role for AD vertical ensuring highest quality deliverables on various complex CRs on Utility functions like Gains, Renewals, 3rd party Sales channels etc.

• Working as a Scrum Master led multiple agile teams in delivering complex software projects, facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Implemented agile metrics and reporting to track progress and identify improvement areas
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP implementation, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency
• Facilitated Scrum framework – sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
