Key Responsibilities

• Supported design and development of new ammunition and armament systems in collaboration with DRDO, ARDE, and HEMRL.

• Reviewed and interpreted Technology Transfer (ToT) documents, OEM technical documentation, proof schedules, RFIs, and RFP technical requirements.

• Prepared process schedules, proof schedules, qualification plans, and technical documentation for ammunition system validation and certification.

• Coordinated static and dynamic proof trials with government agencies and quality authorities.

• Managed coordination between manufacturing, QA, testing, and proof teams to ensure smooth transition and final acceptance processes.

• Provided technical oversight for ammunition systems ranging from 5.56 mm to 155 mm calibre platforms.

• Supported setup and optimization of manufacturing processes, inter-stage testing, inspection systems, and acceptance documentation.

• Coordinated with explosive filling partners to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with armed forces operational requirements.

• Assessed export potential and compliance requirements for armament and ammunition systems.

• Liaised with OEMs, defence agencies, certification authorities, and armed forces representatives for successful project execution.
