Transitioning from sea life to a face to face customer position has futher improved my working ability as I have been able to carry over my previous work experience and ethics, seemlesly intergrating it within my team to support and assist higher-ups within the company. I have attended multiple manager training courses to further expand my knowledge of hospitality and increase my leadership abilities.
