Full P&L responsibility for 12 managed Sites
Recruitment training of all teams from site General Managers Assistants, and Kitchen Managers
Additional projects including site Segmentation, and pricing projects. Spirit Category and brand investment projects delivering an annualised £100k direct into the OpCo
Responsible for site KPI's including Sales -currently 14.5% growth to LYR, labour and Stock controls and ensuring budgeted EBITDA is achieved - currently at 102% to budget.
Other responsibilities have included proposal and costings of smaller Capex projects, along with supporting other areas of the business including Procurement, Marketing and Recruitment
