A highly conscientious and motivated individual, who will always go the extra mile to ensure that a
job is completed to a high standard. I am a proactive person, constantly seeking to further my skills
and knowledge base and will quickly pick up new skills. I am able to take my own initiative as a sole
worker; however, I am also an excellent team player.
My part-time job has helped me to develop a variety of knowledge, including developing my interpersonal skills, often having to deal with issues, and sometimes complaints, and acting accordingly. To ensure that all orders are completed swiftly and efficiently, attention to detail is essential, which requires working in a team environment; however, I am also confident using my own skills and initiative to work independently when required. My leadership skills helped me to fulfil a successful working environment, which benefits both colleagues and business alike. Additionally, maintaining my job throughout my GCSEs has taught me to manage my time effectively, meet deadlines to a high standard, and cope under pressure.
