• Global training lead for a large rollout of S4 HANA and SF across 122 Manufacturing sites over Asia, USA and Europe for over 8000 users. Duties have included;
• Design global Training approach
• Deploy global Training developers using SI
• Finalize and Administrate training tool (Enable Now) and develop standards
• Deploy Success Factors LMS and integration of Web Assistant using Enable Now
• Plan and Deploy Super User Plan using TTT (Train the Trainer approach)
• Translation of all global training materials using Enable Now automated translation tool into 7 Languages

• Responsibilities have been the development of FICO modules, GL, AR, AP, Period End, Treasury, and Purchasing using the training tool SAP Enable Now.

• SAP Training Lead for S4H/Fiori global project for Finance and Procurement. Training Strategy design, TNA design, training curriculum mapping. Leading a team of trainers.
• Also development of training materials using SAP WPB admin tool for PTP Source to Contract, Master Data Purchasing and new SAP Module Flight Order.

• Global training manager for a large SAP implementation to 60 manufacturing sites, overseen 12 successful deployments to date. Duties have included, Management of global training strategy, translation policy for 4 languages, Management of SU and EU training via LMS and also SAP training environment owner

• Managing the training of a large global SAP implementation for modules SF HCM for 32 countries in Western Europe, including NEC, Benelux, Netherlands, Romania, France, UK&I, and Poland. Working in partnership with the SI (IBM) to manage a super user knowledge transfer program, to ensure all local trainers have the correct SAP skills for delivering training. Ensuring all training sessions are scheduled, delivered efficiently, and all sessions are evaluated then providing reports to measure the success of the training.

• Leading a team of 8 local Arabic speaking training developers for a large SAP ISU rollout over the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Duties have included management of a successful super user and end user training rollout for 2500 users over 4 regions.
• Creation of Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy, Training Project Plan, Management of Translation Activities, Identification of training tool – SPP and administration of tool.

• Leading the training team, template design, creation of development deliverables tracker, scoping of global training requirements, reporting weekly status reports to global change manager, successful completion of End user training in South Africa, Angola, USA, Trinidad and Tobago, all within Budget. • Assessing and co-ordinating all self service training activities for the country.
• Maintain self service curriculum, course outline and training materials for the country.
• Manage the self service training risks and issues for your country, propose mitigating actions and keep your Change Lead appraised
• Check whether self service training global procedures will meet the requirements locally.
• Liaising with country stakeholders and manage expectations of the self service training deliverables.
• Ensuring the country is prepared and briefed for the activities and facilities required for a successful self service TtT.
• Provide the country with a checklist and co-ordinate that this has been completed.
• Ensure that all login and data requirements are in place for end user self service training.
• Ensure self service training materials are printed and ready in country prior to TtT delivery.
• Co-ordinate with the Training Reporting Lead to ensure country reporting meets the global standards.

• My Initial responsibilities were the development of a training document tracker and uPerform scope document. Leading and supporting off shore/onshore training resources and successfully leading the development of 18 HCM training courses, working to very strict deadlines and deliverables.
