I am very hard working and I am very confident in leading a team to a successful outcome, as well as being a valued member of any team. I have a dedicated attitude to completing tasks to the highest standard required, this has led me to having a very high standard of customer satisfaction, I will also go that extra mile to correct a situation in a professional manner. I have spent the last 16 years in an industry that requires a high level of communication with all stakeholders. This ranges from customer complaints and requests being followed up and action in a timely manner, to insurance companies requests and requirements being completed. I also liaise with suppliers for all aspects of supply issues and delays.
