Based in a Lower Key Stage 2 class, I have gained experience through behaviour management and adaptations for children's abilities. I have worked alongside teachers and support staff to follow policies to make the learning environment suitable for all children to thrive. I have utilised schemes to create inspiring class plans and resources, optimising pupil engagement and results through learning. I've promoted a physical, mental and social development by implementing indoor and outdoor classroom activities for all children to be challenged and successful. I've worked collaboratively with other teachers to review data and develop instructional strategies to address children's learning objectives.

Worked with children aged 0-4. I supported sleep and lunch time duties. I planned and led engaging activities for small groups of young children and maintained a safe environment which was in line with the nursery guidelines. Passionately promoted learning through play for optimum child development. I worked with a large team to complete daily tasks. I established and maintained positive relationships with parents, carers and staff.
