Led QA activities for IBM TRIRIGA Request Central implementation/support, overseeing test planning, test execution, defect management, and UAT support. Ensured end-to-end quality for service request intake, workflow routing, approvals, SLA validation, notifications, and role-based security across multiple environments and releases.

Capital Project Management - Performed end-to-end testing for IBM TRIRIGA Capital Project Management (CPM) module to ensure quality across the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, budgeting, approvals, funding, scheduling, change orders, cost tracking, invoicing, and project closeout. Executed functional, integration, and regression testing, validated workflows, security roles, notifications, and reports, and supported UAT and production release

RE Lease - Performed end-to-end QA testing for IBM TRIRIGA Real Estate Lease Administration to ensure accurate lease lifecycle processing including lease abstraction, rent schedules, escalations, amendments, renewals, terminations, and critical date tracking. Validated workflows, approvals, notifications, role-based security, and financial calculations through functional, integration, and regression testing, supporting UAT and production deployments.

On the Go mobile application - Performed end-to-end testing for iOS and Android mobile applications across functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing. Validated UI/UX, navigation, API integration, push notifications, device permissions, offline/online behavior, and performance across multiple devices and OS versions.
