  • Whilst working at Pitstop Nursery, I completed my Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship through Best Practice Network, achieving a Distinction in my End Point Assessment, which NQual assessed. In this role, I supported children's learning and development through play-based activities, following 'The Curiosity Approach'. I completed regular observations and assessments, promoted safeguarding and inclusion, and worked closely with colleagues and parents to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
