  • To provide System Support for TAC Systems which includes, Database Management., Importing and exporting data into TACC systems
  • Project Support & Testing:
  • Provide support to Technology teams on new projects and perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) help report issues while performing user acceptance testing to the application development teams
  • Work closely with counterparts in Product management to align on the vision product backlog and roadmap
  • Support on Agile software process, working in conjunction with end users/stake holders, technical delivery system by Attending daily scrum meetings
  • Acting as stakeholder of specific product backlog items, work closely with technology development teams to ensure the output to be aligned with expectations
  • Review of project and coordinating with Business Processes and Technology teams to ensure Quality & Accurate results are achieved for the new system and address on-going needs
