I am a family man with a fiancé and three children. I enjoy sports and socialising. I believe I'm a trustworthy, reliable and punctual person. I believe that I'm capable within the retail and customer service space with almost 11 years of experience in what can be a testing environment. I'm able to lead and take accountability for my role and I look to improve when I can. My time at Coral has given me the ability to find common ground with customers and use this to build a relationship with them to help with customer retention.
