• Quality Control : Assisted in conducting product inspections and ensuring compliance with internal specifications that are within tight tolerances
• Extrusion Operations : Supported extrusion line setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
• Administrative & Reporting : Created and maintained detailed OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reports for two departments using MS Excel & SAP. Reports were regularly submitted to company directors and headquarters in Germany to support performance tracking and strategic planning.
