Domestic and Export Vehicle Cost Analysis

• Managing costing and pricing process of all vehicles sold in domestic market
• Working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product development, Manufacturing finance, Material planning and logistics
• Calculating of material cost for Ford LCV & HCV commercial vehicles monthly.
• Material cost change follow up for Vehicle pricing
• Calculation of cost changes due to bill of material changes ( such as running change or upgrade engine change) on per vehicle basis
• Collect all non- material costs from responsible department and follow up cost changes
• Calculating total variable cost and total fixed cost for all vehicle sold in domestic market
• Calculation of the effect of material and non-material cost changes on vehicle profitability
• Preparing variance analysis for all material and non material cost items month by month
• Presenting the impact of cost changes on profitability to senior management monthly

Managing part export business

• Calculating of transfer prices for export parts from Ford of Türkiye to other Ford Plants
• Making true up with customers quarter based
• Working with 5 different customers and managing all transfer prices and true up process.

New Business Development

• Calculate material cost for new development projects
• Collect non-material cost for the project
• Define contribution and operating margin for the revenue

• Production Planning Single point of contact for the new project
• Budget planning and following , making walk analysis monthly basis
• Calculating number of operator according to time study for each shifts.

• Transit V34x run-out project to ensure no stop-build occurs and minimum leftover stock
• Active CMMS3 user & ERP stock control system
• Sheet metal orders have been calculated according to monthly vehicle production plan
• Packaging quantity optimization ( inventory reduction) 6 sigma green belt project is completed.
• Defined and analysed aging and obsolete parts in the inventory.
• Monitored inventory levels for optimal stock management.
• B460 Transit Courier project(over 2500 parts and over 300 variables) BOM Validation has been done with success rate of %99
