At B & Q I was able to learn multiple first hand skills working in a huge superstore with multiple departments helping out wherever I was needed. My main role was helping out with front desk operations and helping ibn the huge car park assisting customers with shlopping pulling stacks of huge trolley beds and constantly putting back trolleys into the trolley bay. I was hired as a temporary worker however unfortunately due to an injury with my foot and a physical presence to the job I decided it was best for me to leave early. I also worked with customers firsthanf and on multiple occasions stepped in for security when required while also being fully trained to up to B & Q standards and UK shopwork retail superstore laws .

I humbly took customer requests as a barista where I make them coffees and dealt with cash handling directly. I have utilised my great customer service skills and ensure that I provide the best service I can no matter what. In the end took a step back due to focusing on my education and A levels however am ready to work currently and really enjoyed working their. As well as this i was safety trained and Costa trained legitimately enhancing ,my ability with UK safety requirements when working withi9n costa coffee and the general catering industry.
