Furthermore, my duties include delivering exceptional customer service, the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues and experience in developing and leading teams, and coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance. I regularly use my own initiative to help support the resolution of customer queries. I am compliant with all applicable business policies to my role. In my spare time, I attend a dance school and have done for 22 years. I assist the owner weekly with classes for children ranging from 2 - 18 which I have done voluntarily for the past 13 years.
