I am a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant collaborating with renowned organizations to audit, assess, and enhance their EDI landscapes using data, psychology, technology, and behavioral sciences. Holding a PhD in Management and Organizational Behavior with a focus on contemporary EDI issues, I co-create tailored solutions, conduct in-depth mixed-methods analyses, and develop thought leadership in EDI and organizational change. I have also developed and delivered training on management, leadership, and diversity and inclusion to workforce and leaders, mentoring and supporting learners throughout their journeys.
