A young and dedicated professional gymnast, and coach with real life expirience and daily exposure on the clinical field. An individual able to multitask and produce accurate results. Flexible charcter that helps understand and overcome walls when faced with one. A multilingual communicator with fluency in the English Italian and Japanese languages and open critical thinker.
I've taken on a level 1 coaching role at LGC to improve my collaboration skills with fellow coaches. I'm also aiming to improve my communicative skills by interacting with the kids at the gym during exercise explanations . Coaching at LGC has also taught me time-management skills which are essential for the work-life balance of an athlete.
I've been a Professional Athlete since I've turned 18, working as a team has developed both communication and leadership skills. I also have the opportunity to oversee the national physiotherapist at work and learn the skills needed to become a succesfull physiotherapist in the world of athletes. This has helped me develop a deeper understanding on the "hands on" work requested by an athlete.
I performed placement hours at one of the best clinics in north eastern Italy over the summer, this allowed me to experience real life engagement between a therapist and a "non-athlete" patient which helped me broaden my knowledge on the various treatment each individual needs and is suited for.
