- After great success in my other roles at Daytona, I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to become Track Operations Manager. In this role, I became responsible for managing a team of around 30 individuals. I now manage all aspects of operations from Trackside.
- I am responsible for creating accuracte and efficient rotas, creating itineraries and run sheets for major events, maintaining venue presentation so that it is always at its best whilst at the same time managing the general day to day running of the business.
- Notable events that I have ran: Daytona 24 hour, Daytona D600, Daytona Property Pro Kart challenge, Daytona Race of Champions. All of these events have seen numbers between 200-500 induviduals.
Senior Karting Tutor

- Throughout my employment with Daytona alongside my day to day duties I also had the role of Senior Tutor. As a karting tutor, I have mentored many drivers of all capabilities ranging from first timers to regular championship drivers, guaranteeing them improvements in their abilities and lap times, leading to multiple glowing reviews. Here are some examples stated below;
- Today I had a 2hr DMAX tuition with Archie. Everything I wanted to extract from the session, we managed. Along with Archie's guidance, I was able to improve on the final details in my game through consistency, dealing with pressure and trying to execute the perfect lap.
- Archie's analysis is top tier. He provided me with great technical feedback in between sessions to learn from. It's now my responsibility to act as sponge, absorb that information and put it into practice.
- I'd highly recommend a tuition to anyone looking to aid their game, or even an introduction into karting (including all levels of experience and ability). It's something that was beneficial for me and a long time in the making. The track walk in particular offered a valuable insight. I'd happily do this again.
- Lastly, Archie is very professional, and approachable throughout. His attention to detail and kart/track knowledge will stand anyone in good stead.
- My daughter recently had go kart tuition with Archie, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and clear teaching style. From the moment they started, Archie made my daughter feel completely at ease. He was incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that was not only easy for her to understand but also kept her fully engaged.

It was clear he has a real knack for working with young people, striking the perfect balance between being instructive and encouraging. My daughter came away from the session not just with improved gokarting skills, but also with a significant boost in confidence.

- During my Daytona career, I then progressed to becoming a Race director and Duty Manager. In this role, I became fully responsible for running large events from race control, leading shifts ensuring that all trackside operations where running as they should be and also being able to deal with customer queries and complaints.

- I earned my promotion to Training Assistant Race director in May last year. In this role, my responsibilities grew massively. I became responsible for running the pitlane as Pitlane Manager for multiple large events such as the Daytona 24 hour and PPK. This helped me develop my management and timekeeping skills, and also begin my training towards a race director role.
