My name is Archie Johnson, I am a highly motivated worker, who will do whatever it takes, to make sure the job is completed and exceeds expected targets.
I work well in a team and will pick up any role that is expected of me. Under high pressure situations I can be counted upon, in addition to times of uncertainty.
I am keen to impress and always work tirelessly to ensure both my reputation and that of the company’s is always maintained and improved.
After success with Barky bites, I then went on to create what is now known as the Plex Group.
Understanding the importance of sales processes, has been the heart beat of the company. With the knowledge of mentors combined with previous experiences, I have helped create and close leads for the company.
With only 3 months in business we have managed to generate over 20 thousand pounds worth of consistent sales. I believe this knowledge, combined with my positive attitude for growth, can only improve my sales expertise.
I learnt invaluable skills that will be carried forward in every aspect of my life. I learnt the importance of hard work, resilience and formed the never give up attitude I carry with me today.
Formed by the pursuit of growth , I have understood the value of connections and systems that build great business.
I learnt the sales techniques that do and do not convert, this was accompanied by the importance of customer relations and customer satisfaction.
I had the opportunity to go to several networking events, meeting individuals who improved my business and personal development.
Doing this lead to my development of people skills and, understanding the importance of building relationships to aid business performance.
I finally learnt invaluable knowledge, around websites and converting leads to clients. Creating funnels, easy access contact button and using the correct language to convert your lead - The knowledge needed to benefit the sale.
I have worked as a life guard for two years on a casual contract. I have learnt how to provide effective customer service, meet the needs of the customer and maintain positive relationships.
My colleagues would describe me as a hard working individual, who is easy to get along with and will never let the team down. I believe I am entirely dependable and have proven this in various situations in the leisure Centre.
The customers have previously described me as a hard working person who never has a bad day. I believe a smile can change someone’s day and I have always maintained a happy and positive attitude to the workplace.
I have learnt how to effectively deal with customer complaints, find solutions to problems, and have always ensured customer satisfaction was at the forefront of every outcome.
During my time as a Market vender, I have learnt invaluable lessons about customer service; how to positively impact customer questions and queries., I have ensured relationships are established and maintained.
I have been adaptable in situations and have shown this on many occasions.
I believe I can communicate effectively, and positively to anyone who requires help. This has been shown on many occasions no matter how old or young. I have never left a customer disappointed or unsatisfied with my behavior or attitude to work
