I am a friendly and reliable team player who is great at communicating and managing my time. My work experience in gardening and decorating has taught me how a professional workplace operates and how to work smoothly with others. I know how important it is to be respectful around customers, especially when working in their homes, and I always aim to be helpful and professional.

• I love doing videography, Plus I have my own public social media account all about my racing content leading onto my next interest.
• I am very much into F1 and motorsport as in my downtime I have a sim rig which I spend time on racing.

• Ruth Newbury : I have known Archie for two years. He is employed by me for gardening duties each week and in addition he has always been prepared to help with “one off” tasks such as going to the dump. Archie started with the lowly tasks of weeding and clearing up dog pooh. He has learned a great deal and I could now leave my garden and he would be able to maintain if I needed to be away from home for some time. Archie is an exemplary employee. He is both reliable and punctual and I have no doubt about his honesty. He is always prepared to offer additional help when he can see it is needed. He is not a “clockwatcher” and is prepared to complete a task rather than just leave when his time is up. He is able to follow instructions, is ready to ask when he is not sure and he does not need to be supervised. He is not a time waster. I am always happy to be contacted regarding Archie; a young man who I would recommend wholeheartedly. • Senior Leadership Team at Henlow Academy ( Mrs. J. Gregory ) : I have been privileged to see Archie grow and develop in confidence during his time at Henlow. I have personally benefited from his kindness and hold him in high regard; a sentiment I know is shared by all of his peers. I wish him every success for his very bright future !
• Miss G. Smithen : Archie is a quieter member of the form, yet he is so well-loved by everyone in the year group. He is an incredibly reliable student who is always happy to help with jobs; his well-mannered demeanor and lovely sense of humor make him a true pleasure to have in the classroom. Archie consistently demonstrates the very best of our Henlow values through his kindness and integrity. This year, Archie has thrown himself into his studies with a lovely, calm and mature work ethic. He has gone above and beyond in his GCSE preparation, specifically showing great dedication by attending after-school science revision; engaging with every opportunity to improve. It has been wonderful to see his commitment reach such a high standard during this final push. I will really miss Archie's presence in the tutor group, but he is more than ready for his next chapter. I have no doubt that his dedication will lead him to great success. I wish him the very best of luck in his exams and a very bright future !
