Working as a catering assistant at Sunbridge Care Home has been a good experience, as I've had the opportunity to be a part of the residents daily lives by ensuring they have nutritious and delicious meals. I also enjoy interacting with them and listening to their stories, which are always interesting. Overall, It's a wonderful experience to be able to contribute to their well-being through food and companionship.

My duties as a catering assistant at Sunbridge Care Home include working closely with the kitchen staff to prepare nutritious meals for the residents, assisting with setting up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, serving food and beverages, preparing the service area and kitchen equipment as directed, and accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.

While working at Sunbridge care home, I've had the opportunity to plan and organize a wide range of activities for the residents. It's such a rewarding role because I get to see the joy and happiness these activities bring to their lives. I strive to create a fun and engaging environment for everyone. This helps with their mental stimulation and overall wellbeing, which is a priority.

The main duties I hold as a care home coordinator include filing daily records, managing safety concerns, supporting the emotional wellbeing of residents through attentive and empathetic interactions, organising and coordinating group activities.

-The activities include, games, crafts, exercise classes, music sessions and outings to local attractions.

While working as a packing worker, I've had the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key. I've gained experience in efficiently packing and organising products and ensuring they are ready for shipment. This role has enabled me to gain a variety of different skills, such as the ability to work well under pressure, good teamwork skills, and excellent time management skills.

The duties as a packing worker include:

maintaining exceptional accuracy and organisation skills in packing for consistent, high-quality results.

Creating and maintaining inspection records to facilitate accurate tracking of production performance against warehouse targets.

wrapped and moved pallets and stock, adhering to high regulations for continued best safety practice

maintained a safe working environment

Followed standard operating procedures to set up, start, and troubleshoot packaging machinery to task specifications.
