As throughout my academic years I have been fortunate to be able to complete Young enterprise program. Where our team was ordered to make a business and the reason for the start-up of the business. As my individual performance and contribution to the team was to research and branding for the business. The research that I would of completed would have been what are the biggest environment problems and one was landfills which our team ending up turning unused glass jars and bottles into a new product. I also contributed through branding, as I made the business logo and the name for the business which was ‘Salvage Jars’. The team was able to successful create a business and be able to promote and make people aware of negative environmental issues that landfills cause. As throughout this program, I was able to gain skills such as marketing, branding, research, team building, communication and sharing ideas in the team.
