My foundation training year was split between a community pharmacy and 3 GP surgeries ; 2 surgeries working remotely and 1 surgery in-person: Greenford Road MC, Greenford Avenue FHP and Elthorne Park Surgery respectively.

- Providing highest quality and patient-centred care to the community

- Managing a medicines compliance aid service involving over 70 patients, Influenza, COVID-19 vaccination clinics and community hypertension clinic.

- Management of repeat prescribing for all GP surgeries , generating blood forms as per drug monitoring guidelines and booking reviews as needed via SystmOne.

- Management of discharge summaries, hospital outpatient letters, patient and pharmacy-related prescription queries, directly leasing with other HCPs and patients.

- Finishing my foundation training year, I was actively involved in establishing a Community Pharmacy Consultation Service for the Remedy Pharmacy site, completing consultations and providing advice for Minor Ailments within my competency with training provided by CPPE.

- Dispensing medicines and providing over the counter care and advice to patient

- Shadowing and aiding the pharmacist in multitude of services such as Emergency Contraception, Flu vaccines and New Medicines Services.

-Highly competent in the drawing up of all versions of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.

- Worked together with admin and vaccinator as well as coordinating sites independently to deliver care on multiple mobile vaccination sites. Reported and shadowed Clinical Lead Pharmacist to follow NHS and ELFH protocols for vaccination delivery.

- Utilised and communicated medication knowledge to identify vulnerable patient groups and advice potential side effects to patients.
