Summary

I have over 20 years experience working as an Educational Psychologist in Northern Ireland. I have also carried out work for the National Educational Psychology Service (NEPS) in the Republic of Ireland for the last 3 years. I pride myself on a 100% compliance with statutory response times over the past 20 years. I enjoy excellent working relationships with my schools where I have been able to develop trusting professional relationships. In my career, I have never had a complaint from a parent or school. I get on very well with all of my work colleagues. I work collaboratively with a range of pupil support services who will often contact me when they are experiencing difficulties in finding a way forward for a young person with complex needs. I set high standards for myself in terms of the quality of my work though also try to work smart to be efficient.
