I am currently a student studying Marketing at Liverpool John Moores University who is dedicated with an excellent academic record seeking career in marketing. Ready to support and learn from marketing teams, using education and personal skills to take on creative challenges. I offer excellent communication skills to contribute to and assist the team.
Employment here has allowed me to independently take on the role of the company's website redesign to successfully rebrand and emphasise the unique attributes that the company offers. I also crafted compelling written content optimised for SEO, helping to improve online ranking as well as creating engaging marketing materials to increase brand awareness. I gained customer service skills by liaising with customers professionally to resolve enquiries, appointment requests and billing questions. Lastly, my organisation skills were taken full advantage of by managing office supply inventory, performing stocktake duties, organising physical files and digitalised records to support ease of access and ordering additional supplies to meet staff needs.
This job has helped me to work well under pressure and to remain calm when handling challenging cases which could lead to a ripple effect on staff or the company organisation. This role has also taught me to handle the pressure of responsibility by ensuring the welfare and health of all horses, as well as gaining customer service skills during the viewing and sales of horses.
Employment here has allowed me to grow communication skills within a team for the benefit of the businesses welfare policy alongside independent responsibility through decision making during high alert scenarios in which fast action must be taken.
