Working as a part of the onsite student clinic has helped me to gain confidence and a greater passion for chiropractic care due to being based in a real-world environment. I have taken pleasure in sharing my patient's success and progress towards recovery. I ensure that I tailor each treatment to the specific needs of every patient. I go above and beyond by providing a holistic, whole-body approach to establish an effective recognition of symptoms and provide a practical prognosis. This enables me to provide a specific and manageable package of care. I believe that my approach as a chiropractor can highly reflect on a patient's well-being. I ensure to treat all my patients with a welcoming attitude where they can trust me to be a part of their recovery journey and care plan. I encompass all chiropractic approaches as I believe that pain is multifaceted therefore I make sure that all factors are acknowledged and considered. Working in the clinic has proven how enjoyable working as part of a team is, as we help to support each other and discuss cases sharing our combined knowledge and growing experience. I am driven to expand my knowledge and continually broaden my range of chiropractic skills. This will enable me to stay up to date with the latest guidelines and regulations to provide the optimal package of care for my patients.
Working multiple events and conferences I am able to enhance and expand on my communication skills as I engage with a variety of different guests. Demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, I work as a part of a team where we must work effectively together to ensure the highest standards of quality service. I work flexible and varied shifts to accommodate the needs of the business and guests.
Whilst studying for my A-levels I worked as a receptionist for a local business. My role involved greeting all guests on arrival and answering any queries they may of had, this required me to be an approachable individual with a clear communication style. Alongside this I took bookings and scheduled new visitors which required my use of organisational skills. This ensured a great experience for all guests.
