
I would describe myself as hardworking, reliable and professional individual who can work confidently as part of a team as well as autonomously. I started my first job when i was 11 years old and worked on the weekend for my local post office on regular paper rounds. Five years later i was then promoted to working at the post office counter as a customer service assistant. During my time i was able to build on my customer services skills. I demonstrates organisational and leadership abilities and effectively managed workloads while resolving conflicts with customer. I am committed to delivering exceptional results and building interpersonal skills. I’m open to learning new skills to broader my skill set and improve my overall knowledge and performance.
My role as a Paper delivery person involved delivering papers during the early hours of the morning on my set rounds. I had to ensuring good punctuality and reliability to ensure the service provided was to a good standard.
