Project: Migration of Flight Crew and Aircraft Scheduling System

Project Overview:

• Aim of the project is to replace the existing crew and aircraft tracking system and implement new modern tracking solution in agile approach

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated closely with technical architects, developers, and data migration teams to define detailed interface specifications, ensuring secure, efficient, and accurate data transfer from crew scheduling, HR, and flight systems
• Ensured that data transformation rules are well-defined, considering business rules, validations, and exceptions
• Prepared clear and detailed interface specifications, including input/output data, API requirements, error handling etc.
• Partnered with the data migration team to analyze and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring data integrity.
• Conducted AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping to ensure a smooth system migration aligned with operational and compliance requirements.
• Supported data transformation validation during SIT and UAT phases, ensuring full traceability from requirements to testing outcomes.

Project: Delinquency History Management Enhancement

Objective: Enhance agent-facing UI to display 36-month rolling delinquency history with accurate sequencing and blank month handling. Enhance delinquency tracking and automated reminder

Responsibilities:

• Conducted requirement workshops with Collections, Customer Service & Risk teams
• Gathered and documented business & functional requirements
• Defined month sequencing & blank month display rules
• Collaborated with API & Middleware teams for UI and API alignment
• Documented reminder triggers (SMS/Email/App)
• Supported UAT execution, defect triage, and business validation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering requirements from the business users of the system while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) industry best practices
• Analyzed business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
• Liaised between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
• Involved actively in revamping old travel and deputation extension module which required data migration for the new application
• Involved in the handling interfaces
• Identified workflow bottlenecks and implemented new and improved processes and policies.

Project: New Union Plus Product Development

Responsibilities:

• Developed online program for the project to provide benefits to the customers paying credit card bills on time consecutively for 6 months
• Involved in analysis of all subsystems present in VISIONPLUS module for delivering credit card related project
