Highlights:

  • Optimising processes by communicating with stakeholders: payroll process was not clear and aligned. Worked closely with Payroll Manager to optimise process as result to avoid mistakes
  • Able to communicate unexpected news to employees: there were corrections for all employees in Belgium, due to a mistake in Payroll. I was able to communicate the news to all employees and find a solution to repay.
  • Work closely with People Director to achieve the business goals
  • Warrant Bonus Project 2019: understanding the process, creating a timeline and execution of the project accordingly, together with the stakeholders.
