I am a hard working man, with good work ethics.
I am reliable, and enjoy problem solving.
I am diagnosed with dyslexia, which has been difficult for my entire life, but I do try and manage it - however, writing and reading can be tricky at times for me so a little patience and time does help.
I am an outgoing person, who likes a laugh and works well as a team but also happy to work alone.
I have a full UK driving licence, and have completed various driving qualifications.
In my spare time I enjoy seeing my family, and grandchildren.
I love gardening and wildlife.
I have recently overhauled my own garden at home to enjoy my time in.
I love fishing, and like nothing more than relaxing while waiting for a fish and taking in the scenes and sights around me!
I am an active man, and enjoy walking and keep myself fit and healthy.
I have worked away from home for a lot of my life, and due to the loss of my wife in 2024 - I would like to work closer to home to be near family.
At Adler and Allan I worked with my team and lone working on the RAF Air Craft sites - Brize Norton and RAF Fairford.
Working with the Ministry of Defence to maintain their fuel tankers and help with cleaning of them, and general maintenance.
Much like my previous employment with LCM I have been put through vigorous health and safety training and had to adhere to all aspects of high security operations.
My employment with both LCM and Adler and Allan and previous time working for the RAF has meant I have over 36 years of H&S Training under my belt.
I have been trained to fire fight, safely handle materials and heavy items, and completed my working at height training.
My training was provided by I-Hesco - online training portal.
I was asked year on year to attend medicals, and health tests to show I was fit for the job.
Primarily working underground with Fuel products and tank cleaning.
Similar to previous role - poultry packing and picking.
I worked here for poultry packing ' in a factory / farm environment.
After leaving the RAF, I got a job for a year locally where I was living in Swindon - for about a year with a local man.
I only had this job for around a year and then my first marriage broke down.
I did all aspects of building site work.
