I Have Been Running BGS Property Services since 2020
This came about through having to shut My previous business due to Covid and wanting to Provide my Clients with an on going service
I look after a small portfolio of Rental properties including Property Management and Sales when required

I am used to offering a personal service which includes out of business hours contact and pride myself on my customer service skills and Business Retention

I implemented relevant technology to increase efficiency and productivity throughout the office
I myself was responsible for all new business generation, valuations and all the financial aspects of running a company including vat.
Although the business grew year on year, unfortunately due to some health issues at the end of 2019 and the onset of Covid it became untenable to continue with the business
Having been head hunted, I set up the lettings department for Countrywide in Clacton with responsibility for 2 Offices (Bairstow Eves and Abbotts)
Starting from scratch i was able to increase levels of business to meet and exceed the companies targets
I did this by educating and training the sales staff to realise the benefits of cooperation between the 2 departments and retaining the business within the company, and bringing in new business from outside, being a mixture of existing and new clients
I Unfortunately had to leave the company due to becoming my Late partners full time carer when she contracted cancer.
Was employed as Office manager with overall responsibility for Sales and Rentals
I was responsible for Staff training, implimentation of Software and other relevant systems. Compliance, and all general tasks involved in the running of a succesful business including new business generation, Valuations etc
During my period of employment, I was able to increase the lettings portfolio by over 200 % and the sales pipeline by 100%
