I have recently retired form my career of almost 40 years as a Land Valuer / Chartered Surveyor both in the United Kingdom and Australia where I have lived for the past 23 years.

I am now seeking something completely different to occupy my mind and body in semi retirement here in North Wales.

My previous employment roles are undoubtedly very different to the role for which I am now applying.

However, my previous roles have provided me with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, accuracy in the jobs completed, working to strict guidelines and within strict timeframes as dictated by both employers and Clients.

I believe that I am able to complete any given task with the minimum of supervision and autonomously once fully familiar with any given task.
