Events Organiser
Contact and manage relationships with designers, including scheduling fittings and confirming show requirements.\nSponsorship and Funding.
-Identify potential sponsors, prepare proposals, and negotiate sponsorship deals.
-Marketing and Public Relations: Develop and execute a marketing strategy, including social media, press releases, and appearances on radio/TV.
-Ticket Sales and Registration: Set up and manage ticket sales and guest lists
-Staffing and Volunteers: Recruit and train staff and volunteers, assign roles and responsibilities.
-Backstage Management: Oversee the backstage area, ensuring smooth operations for model dressings, makeup, and fittings.
-Runway Coordination: Coordinate the runway setup, including lighting, sound, and stage design.
-Model Management: Schedule and manage models, including rehearsals and dressing rooms.
-Debriefing: Conduct a post-event debrief with the team to discuss successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
-Thank You Notes: Send thank you notes to sponsors, designers, volunteers, and other key contributors
